Guests are invited to join the fun — including being on-site during the competition to cheer on the teams! 

If you plan to attend any Games events such as Competition, Event Day, or Champions Dinner, you must register in advance. A fee (based on the events you select) will be due at registration.

Deadline to register is Wednesday August 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET. 

Note: Franchisees and Guests are responsible for their own airfare, hotel, registration fees, and meals outside of SONIC events that you are registered for. If Games HQ is not notified of guest participation in advance, any associated charges will fall to the team that invited you.

Your National Finalist team will be traveling to SONIC's Principals Business Meeting from October 4 - 8, 2025. If you'd like to match this travel schedule, be sure to coordinate your arrangements with the hotel when you register for SONIC's Principals Business Meeting. Please note that all travelers must be legal U.S. residents and have a valid government-issued REAL ID for airport security. 

If you'd like Games HQ to book your flight, indicate this on your registration. We'll do our best to place you on the same flight as your National Finalist. We'll contact you separately for payment details. 

Departing: Saturday, October 4, 2025
Returning: Wednesday, October 8, 2025

Please arrive at your departure airport 2 hours before boarding. Ensure your name matches your government-issued REAL ID when submitting flight details. Note that flights typically depart from the nearest regional airport and may require a connection through a major hub. Any change fees after booking will be at the guest's expense. 

Franchisees and Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the departure airport. 

Ground transportation is provided for SONIC events that you are registered for, as well as transportation from the hotel to the airport at departure. 

Please note that airport pickup upon arrival is not included for Franchisees or Guests, as team members will travel directly to the host drive-in with their teams. 

Transportation is not provided for personal plans or leisure activities outside the official schedule, but many attractions are within easy walking distance of the hotel. For special assistance needs, contact Games HQ at 800-787-3794. 

All Franchisees and Guests are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their own hotel accommodations. 

We recommend staying at the Omni Nashville Hotel,l where the crew will be staying, but yo uare welcome to choose any hotel that works best for you. 

Note: All rooms are non-smoking, and any smoke-related charges will be billed to the occupants. 

Meals for Franchisees and Guests are provided for SONIC events that you are registered for. During any leisure time or outside of official events, meals will be at the guest's expense. Please be sure to note any dietary needs when completing your registration. 

Nashville is warm in October, with average highs in the 70s and lows in the mid-50s, so pack light layers, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• Casual: Dine Arounds, Competition, Champions Dinner, Event Day, leisure time, and departure travel 
• Optional cocktail/dressy: Final night reception
